Job Description

Our client, a fantastic medical non-profit organization, is seeking a direct-hire Foundations Relations Manager to join their development team!

The Job:

• Draft grant proposals, inquiry letters, project concepts, and reports.
• Develop grant strategies that are aligned with funding needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development activities and events, and act as a representative at speaking engagements.
• Handle all administrative aspects of grant writing, fundraising, and documentation.

About You:

• 5+ years of fundraising/grant writing experience and a bachelor's degree are required.
• Experience and proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with securing major gifts and coordinating donor stewardship is required.
• Working knowledge of location foundations is preferred.
• Tech savvy with an understanding of database management and donor software programs.

About the Position:

• $75K-$80K, depending on experience.
• Annual merit increases and discretionary bonuses.
• 4 days/week on-site in Bethesda, MD
• Evening and weekend fundraising activities.
