Your Mission

Lead the Finance Department and oversee all financial activities across NTS Tire Supply and our affiliated companies ( FarmX and Trailside Truck Service ). Ensure GAAP compliance , timely reporting, and accurate financial insights that empower leadership to make informed business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Coach: Manage a team of 3 full-time and 1 part-time finance professionals (A/R, A/P). Conduct weekly 1:1s, team meetings, and coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports , and consolidated financials for multiple entities. Maintain the GL, manage loans, depreciation, and bank accounts.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust internal controls , coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and company policies .
• Sales Tax Compliance: Monitor and manage multi-state sales tax collection and remittance , including exemptions and thresholds.
• HR Compliance Support: Assist management with HR-related compliance, filings, and documentation as needed.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in financial strategy, business growth, and operational excellence .

Who You Are

• CPA or equivalent credential.
• Experienced in financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, and team leadership .
• Skilled in GAAP compliance, internal controls, and multi-state tax requirements .
• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of improving processes and efficiency.
• Motivated by leading teams, coaching others, and achieving results.
