A contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground in Rhode Island and has been in business since 2007. We started with just one truck and today we have over 70! Our goal is to provide a timely, friendly, courteous and professional experience to all employees and customers.  We are hiring for both terminals: 29 Green Earth Ave, Johnston RI 02919.

PAY: $18/hour for no experience, up to $19/hour for experience in similar capacity (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, DHL, etc.) Plus safety bonuses!

Schedule: 5 days a week for full time drivers, hours approx 7:30am to 3:30-5:30pm (38-42 hours/week). New drivers must have weekend availability!

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Work related driving experience (preferred, but not required).
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Able to pass a drug screen
• Must submit to a background check and E-Verify
• Able to pass a road test in a delivery truck
• Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices
• Have a clean driving record

Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:

• Safety minded dependable team player
• Deliver packages accurately and safely
• Lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis and maneuver products up to 150 pounds with a dolly. Very frequently, you will need to carry items up flights of stairs.
• Move packages off racks and load into van for shipment.
• Be an effective communicator with management and customers alike.
• Weekday and weekend flexibility is required
