A FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for full time and part time package delivery drivers!  Drivers will operate out of the terminal located at 17 Cowan Drive, Middleborough, MA 02346  and deliver to homes and businesses in the surrounding areas in step vans provided by the employer.

CDL License is NOT required!!! Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers - and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus!

Starting Pay: $19-$23/hr

Schedule: 4 day work week (10 hours/day approx 8am to 6pm or until route completion). Part time available as well (1-3 days/week)

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year of job related driving experience  preferred but not required
• Must submit to a background check and motor vehicle report
• Ability to pass a DOT physical (FedEx pays for this)!
• Must be able to pass drug test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
• Ability to delivery 150+ stops per day

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.
• Conduct Pre/Post trip truck inspections daily.
• Operate delivery truck safely, securely and competently.
• Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company.
• Report to station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
• Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.
