*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position. This role requires strong communication and litigation skills, client management abilities, and a commitment to ethical and results-driven representation.

*Responsibilities*

* Oversee all aspects of case management and independently manage caseload;
* Conduct consultations;
* Conduct legal research;
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, etc.;
* Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff;
* Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials;
* Prepare cases for trial and handle all aspects of litigation;
* Manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
* Maintain accurate time keeping and meet firm productivity expectations;
* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff;
* Develop and execute case strategies and advise clients of potential outcomes.

*Responsibilities*

* J.D from an accredited law school;
* Admission to the Louisiana Bar and active license to practice law in Louisiana in good standing;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Professional demeanor, integrity, and desire to grow in a collaborative setting.

*Compensation:*

Base compensation and bonus structure determined by experience and qualifications. Benefits, professional development and growth opportunities discussed at interview.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
