About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director with a strong background in nonprofit or adjacent sectors to lead its mission of inspiring young people through arts-integrated learning and creative experiences. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader, dedicated to the belief that every student should have the opportunity to develop their creative potential. This role involves guiding the organization's evolution, deepening partnerships with educational institutions and artists, and championing equitable access to arts learning. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board to co-create a strategic plan, strengthen relationships with various stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe programming that aligns with the goals of the organization and its partners. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record in fundraising and a deep understanding of arts integration, public education, and community partnerships. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and a commitment to equity and culturally responsive practices are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in leading organizational rebuilds or start-ups, and familiarity with the education landscape in the region. The role requires a leader who can grow resources, drive revenue strategies, and build a talented, inclusive team to support the organization's mission.
