About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and academic leadership, organizational management, and external partnership development. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in educational leadership, a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to foster a culture of academic excellence. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, school teams, and the community to create and implement a multi-year strategic plan, set and manage academic and operational goals, and ensure compliance with all educational regulations. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include creating and implementing academic systems to support student achievement, leading a high-performing team, and building and maintaining external partnerships. The ideal candidate will have significant professional experience in leadership positions, a strong background in curriculum and instruction, and the ability to manage a large organizational budget. They should be adept at relationship management, communication, and have a proven ability to grow and scale an educational organization. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree and at least 10 years of professional experience. The Executive Director must be aligned with the company's mission and values, and demonstrate a commitment to authenticity, integrity, and transparency in their leadership.
