As an Event Promotions Assistant in our marketing, advertising , and public relations department , you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You’ll collaborate closely with the event management and PR teams to ensure brand messaging resonates with target audiences. This is an entry-level position offering opportunities for growth in marketing and PR .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning , coordination , and execution of promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engage consumers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement event marketing strategies that align with client objectives
• Support the advertising team in creating and distributing promotional materials (e.g., flyers, social media posts) to generate event buzz
• Work with the public relations team to coordinate media coverage and ensure positive brand representation
• Engage with event attendees through product demonstrations, delivering brand messaging, and promoting offers
• Track and report on event performance , gathering feedback and insights for future improvements
• Manage event logistics , including set-up, on-site coordination, and breakdown for seamless event execution
• Build and maintain relationships with event vendors, sponsors, and community partners
• Stay current on industry trends , competitor activities, and market research to inform event strategies

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in event marketing , advertising , and public relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand promotion and event management
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Experience in marketing , event coordination , promotions , or public relations is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends , and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation for off-site events
