Entry-Level Finance Analyst – Recent Graduates Encouraged to Apply

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid/On-site)

Pay: $19–$23/hour

Contract: 6–12 months (with potential extension or permanent hire)

We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Finance Analyst to join a well-established financial services firm in Columbus, OH . This role is ideal for recent graduates with internship experience, academic projects, or hands-on coursework in Finance or Economics who enjoy working with clients while developing technical finance skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budget summaries
• Assist with client account support and respond to financial inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate, professional customer service while explaining basic financial information
• Perform data entry, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy
• Use Excel to analyze financial data and maintain reports and trackers
• Collaborate with internal teams to support daily financial and operational activities
• Provide administrative and analytical support to senior finance team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant coursework in finance/economics
• Strong interest in client-facing financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial analysis)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
