Responsibilities Interview customers to obtain information related to unemployment benefits or job placement. Perform data entry of the information gathered. Assist and refer job seekers to available jobs and partner agencies for services such as transportation and training. Work with employers to encourage the posting of job openings, provide appropriate referrals, and verify hires. Follow agency policies, procedures, and process job orders. Respond to phone calls from customers and employers. Learn about partner agencies and provide referrals. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
