Full Job Description
SMS DELIVERY LLC is now hiring! We have immediate opportunities available for Driver Helpers. This position will be delivering a variety of "Home Goods" to mostly residential customers in teams of two people per truck from our customer's distribution facility in New York Boros. Assembly and some installation needed. Anybody with delivery experience is welcome to apply. No experience....no problem, we provide full hands-on training.

Employee Based Position
Vehicle Size: 16' or 24' Box Truck
Based on experience, primary driver duties or driver assistant duties
Contact with Customers on Delivery Time
Team deliveries 2 people per truck
High percentage of deliveries are residential

Compensation & Work Week:

Must be available to work Monday-Sunday
Must be available to work some Holidays
Average shift is 8-10 hours
Hourly rate $17.00
Overtime Available
Paid Training

Successfully Pass:

4 Panel Drug Screen (we DO NOT check for marijuana)
Ability to Operate Scanning Device

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Valid form of ID
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
Ability to work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Operate a smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors or other team members
