Description:

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the KKC’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial strategy development. This role will provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, drive financial performance, and support the business unit leaders with strategic decision-making across KKC’s various geographic markets and corporate cost centers. The Director of Finance will ensure the company’s financial health through detailed analyses, robust financial models, and insightful reporting to align with KKC’s growth strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of KKC’s financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to produce comprehensive financial analyses and performance reviews that monitor progress against primary objectives.
• Develop and refine financial models to support major initiatives, including new investments, cost optimization strategies, and the expansion of KKC’s National Accounts platform.
• Provide financial guidance and support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and other duties as assigned.

The Director of Finance will report to the Vice President of Finance

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field required
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role required
• Extensive experience with ERP software platforms such as NetSuite or Hyperion Essbase.
• Strong financial modeling, strategic reasoning, and process analysis skills.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and data integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing finance team.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in driving KKC’s financial success and long-term growth.
