Position Summary
Klosh Group is hiring a proven AEC Business Development (BD) Leader who already knows how work gets won — not in theory, but in practice.
This role is for someone who brings relationships, market instinct, and energy into the firm on day one. Someone who knows which owners are gearing up for capital programs, which architects influence early decisions, and how trust actually converts into opportunity.
If you need inbound leads, a script, or a brand to do the selling for you — this won’t be a fit.

What You Will Own
You will be responsible for building and converting a qualified pipeline across targeted Pacific Northwest and Mountain West markets, with a clear expectation of $1.5M+ in annual booked revenue sourced directly from your established relationships or newly formed relationships and pursuits, and to a lesser extent - expanding the scope of our existing relationships.

• $1.5M+ in annual revenue sourced and closed through your relationships
• A visible, qualified pipeline across 2–3 owned markets or sectors
• Klosh Group invited into conversations before RFQs hit the street
• Repeat work and referrals from trusted partners
• Improved pursuit discipline and win rates
