Digital Engineer, Lead
Key Role:
Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product lifecycle. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications: \n - 7+ years of experience with systems engineering for sof tware development
\n - 4+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
\n - 3+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
\n - Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
\n - Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Development Center s ( FFRDC ) , and asso cia te teammates to achieve program goals
\n - Top Secret clearance
\n - Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
\n

Additional Qualifications: \n - Experience with MATLAB, STK, Model Center , or Team Center
\n - Experience analyzing and translating system requirements into design
\n - Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning ( SysML ) and DoD Architecture Framework ( DoDAF )
\n - Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
\n - TS / SCI clearance
\n - Master's degree in Engineering
\n - OMG Certified Systems Model Professional ( OCSMP ) Certification
\n - INCOSE SE Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
