Job Summary Details:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team for the Overnight shift (10p-6am). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of airport floors using specialized equipment and cleaning techniques. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for travelers and staff.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Key Responsibilities
Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and extractors.
Sweep, mop, strip, wax, and polish various types of flooring (tile, carpet, concrete, etc.).
Perform routine and deep cleaning of high-traffic areas including terminals, hangars and restrooms.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate signage to prevent accidents.
Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
Replenish supplies and ensure storage areas are clean and organized.
Work collaboratively with custodial and maintenance teams.
Always adhere to airport security and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred (airport or commercial setting a plus).
Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
