Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and healthcare? Join our friendly, fast-paced dental team as a Scheduling Coordinator and Billing Specialist! We are looking for someone who can manage patient appointments with ease, handle billing processes with accuracy, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and manage dental appointments, ensuring efficiency in scheduling while accommodating patients' needs.
• Billing & Claims: Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims. Manage patient billing, resolving billing inquiries, and verifying patient's insurances and coverage.
• Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Administrative Duties: Handle patient records, confirm appointments, and maintain office flow by assisting with administrative tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dental scheduling and billing required.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software - Eaglesoft is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of dental insurance and claims processing.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
