Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our computer systems and maintaining data integrity. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data.

Pay : $18.50 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into computer systems
• Verify and correct data entries as necessary
• Maintain data integrity by conducting regular data audits
• Prioritize and complete assigned data entry tasks in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Generate reports and prepare data for analysis
• Follow data entry policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of information

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis principles
