**Job Responsibilities: What you will do**
To coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of Swift's assets while working in an assigned customers environment
* Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and sold relationships to enhance growth.
* Must have knowledge of ISO customer service processes regardless of whether performing the functions on a daily basis or not.
* Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system.
* Work with all Swift internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary.
* Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers.
* Communicates daily with responsible Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met.
* Generates appropriate reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, etcto assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business.
* Perform any other responsible related job duties as required by Customer.

**Qualifications: What you need to bring**
* 3 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Ability to work under stress while remaining professional at all times, be proactive and work efficiently independently with no supervision and good communication skills.
