Job Summary

As Creative Director, you’ll serve as a creative leader within your respective vertical, overseeing the ideation, development, and execution of compelling, multi-channel campaigns. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships with clients and ensuring our creative work consistently achieves and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation of campaign concepts that are bold, innovative, and strategically sound, helping to set the creative direction for projects.
  • Support the management and mentoring of a team of creatives, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work aligns with brand goals, target audiences, and regulatory requirements.
  • Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, clearly articulating rationale and addressing feedback constructively.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with industry standards, including regulatory guidelines for healthcare and pharma advertising.
  • Partner with project management and resource teams to ensure appropriate staffing and efficient workflow across multiple projects.
  • Develop and refine internal creative processes to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and creative tools to bring innovative ideas and techniques to the agency.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in creative leadership roles, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to connect creative solutions to overarching business objectives, with a focus on results-driven work.
  • Strong understanding of the agency workflow, with the ability to lead teams through multiple projects and complex client relationships.
  • Experience mentoring creative professionals and leading cross-functional teams with clarity and empathy.
  • Skilled at pitching ideas, presenting creative work, and navigating discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across multiple media and channels, with a track record of delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or pharma advertising is a plus, but not required.
