Position Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and review contracts, including customer, vendor and third-party service agreements.
• Assess commercial transactions and provide practical legal and business advice to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare documents and offer guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues.
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations to determine applicability to the company's business.

Minimum Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• 4+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for admission as in-house counsel.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
