Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Construction Site Cleanup Worker to play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized job site. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a Construction site worker that will support our team in providing support through cleaning up materials, organizing the store front for subcontractors, and moving materials in and out of the job site as needed. The right candidate will be punctual and dedicated to the detail and work needed to get done before the end of their shift.


Shift Responsibilities - You will be working both of the following shifts:
-5am-9am Morning Setup: Move materials and equipment to prepare the site for subcontractors. Maintain cleanliness for subcontractors.
- 7pm-11pm Evening Cleanup: Return materials and equipment to their original positions after the subcontractors are done.
General Labor: Perform various tasks as needed to support the team.
Flexibility: Be available for shifts as required, with a week's notice for any changes.

Previous experience in construction site cleanup or general labor preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them.
Ability to identify and address issues as they arise.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and tasks.
Consistent attendance and dependability.
