Commercial Mower/Landscaper Details:
Needed Landscaper/Mower for a residential community.Top priority are as follows;• Operate commercial-grade lawn mowers to maintain turf areas at a high standard of appearance and safety.• Perform weed-eating, trimming, and edging around walkways, buildings and other landscaped features to ensure clean, defined borders.• Operate gas-powered blowers to clear streets, sidewalks, and pedestrian areas of grass clippings, leaves, and other debris.• Maintain clean and hazard-free grounds by removing litter, debris, and obstructions throughout the property.• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functionality, report maintenance needs, and follow all safety guidelines.• Support overall landscape upkeep by assisting with seasonal tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, and minor plant care as needed. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 2 years experience, To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
