We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented investor relations professional to join our Client Service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage a broad set of responsibilities. They will partner with sales and relationship manager(s) to deliver first class client service to current and prospective investors. Please note that our team interacts directly with our investors, though this is not a fundraising role. Candidates should be proven collaborators who are excited to be part of a client-centric team. If you are passionate about joining a fast‑paced, dynamic team, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Address client inquiries, including managing standard and custom document requests. Complete due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals, ensuring the firm is accurately represented in all external materials. Facilitate and process investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for client coverage. Perform monthly trade and account‑level reconciliations with fund administrators. Manage certain recurring operational deliverables to meet compliance and investor reporting requirements. Ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and adhere to regulatory standards and internal guidelines. Focus on maintaining robust operational controls and processes to streamline internal and investor‑related activities, partnering with cross‑platform partners like Fund Accounting, Private Funds Legal and Regulatory Reporting. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
