Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 plus bonuses and a 40% referral fee for client referrals.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision.
•Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes and resource allocation.
•Communicating on the CEO's behalf both internally and externally.
•Email and CEO's business phone management on behalf of the CEO.
•Recruit, train, develop, and lead a proficient team aligned with our vision. Onboarding/ Offboarding as needed.
•Will help to manage the "systems of the business." Including but not limited to: Interns, Bookkeeper, Marketing Contractor, Business Trackers, Calendars, Team Training, Client Events, Photographer, Finance, and Pay Out Approvals.
•Demonstrate effective team leadership and decision-making consistently.
•Lead Meetings to enhance team communication and performance.
•Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
•Exceed customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
•Work alongside the Marketing Coordinator to keep all materials updated and fresh.
•Work with Team Lead on her Sports and Entertainment Sphere.
•Manage Team's CRM.
•Oversee operations, contractors (social media, TC, bookkeeper), administration, performance reporting, process optimization, and a customer-centric environment.
•Uphold and embody the company's culture and foster strong team engagement.
•Train team members for success and provide ongoing coaching and development.
•Adapt strategies, campaigns, and team performance based on metrics for optimal results.
•Implement performance improvement plans following company procedures.
•Supports the owner in any and all tasks that need to be handled. This could include running an errand, calling to schedule doctor appointments, and more. If this feels beneath you please do not apply.
•Will run reports regularly and will need to know where the business and CEO stand daily on hitting the team and individual goals.
•Help Team Lead run and grow the Sports and Entertainment Division.
•Meeting management including preparing agendas, printing financial reports, taking notes, and distributing action items.
•Running errands and attending in-person and video meetings multiple times per week.
•Complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally) on behalf of the CEO.
•Varying personal and professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, and ordering gifts/flowers, etc for the CEO.
•Assisting with long-term strategic planning in regard to businesses, relationships, and other opportunities as they arise.
•May help provide fiduciary services to all buyers from the moment they sign to look at homes until they go to the closing table.
•Develops and implements systems for contact database management and all leads given out to agents on the team.
•Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed.
•Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints.
•Manages office operations, including but not limited to organizing supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling correspondence.
•The bottom line: you're responsible for anything and everything that the owner could need to do and helping them get it done.

Qualifications

•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
•Must have experience in a leadership or management role.
•Must have a working knowledge of scaling and building a small business.
•Demonstrated ability to work closely with visionary leaders and execute their strategic vision.
•A track record of taking ownership and delivering exceptional results.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly.
•Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once.
•Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time.
