Qualifications

• Required:
  • MD/DO with valid licensure
  • 8+ years of medical practice experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Preferred:
  • Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Align clinical teams through strategic communication and mentorship
• Lead the development of care protocols and quality standards
• Oversee compliance with FQHC regulations and federal/state mandates
• Identify growth opportunities and improve care delivery models
• Represent ELFHCC externally and foster community relationships
• Guide internal quality initiatives to boost patient outcomes
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments and teams
• Serve as a liaison between administration and clinical staff
