Voyage Long Term Care operates 5 facilities in the OKC metro including Oak Hills Care Center in Jones, Edmond Health Care Center in Edmond, Heritage Park in Bethany, NorthWinds and Heritage Manor in NW OKC.
Primary Purpose of this Position
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents under the direction of the attending physician, Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor, and the Director of Nursing. The administration of medications shall be in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures and practices of this facility and the requirements of the state.
Must have valid CMA and CNA License to apply.
