The CDL Route Delivery Driver plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to residential, commercial, and retail clients. This position focuses on customer satisfaction, driving growth through upselling, managing account details, and ensuring safety while operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Compensation: $61,160 annually & customer tips

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Start Time: Between 6 am - 7 am until the workload is complete

Responsibilities:

• Safety Focus:
  • Drive a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly while adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Complete all DOT-required documentation daily and report any incidents or changes in driving status promptly.
• Service Orientation:
  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers at all times.
  • Deliver the correct products to the right locations as per customer preferences and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including cash and receipts.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing service efficiency and communicate them to management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and assist when necessary.
  • Perform professional cleaning services for water dispensers adhering to quality standards.
• Selling Skills:
  • Follow pricing and promotion guidelines set by Primo Brands.
  • Upsell additional products and services to current customers to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (support provided by Primo Brands where applicable).
• Strong customer service and face-to-face sales skills.
• Ability to operate independently and efficiently in varied weather conditions.
• Capable of physically handling 250+ product units daily, lifting up to 45 lbs. each with the use of appropriate tools.
• Willingness to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle approximately 40-55 times per day.
• Flexibility to work an average of 45 hours or more per week with variable hours.
• Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
• A valid DOT medical card is required.
• Must possess a clean driving record as per specified conditions.
• Minimum age of 21 years to comply with DOT regulations.

Candidates should have strong English language skills for effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
