Job Description
We are looking for Lease Purchase Class A OTR Reefer Drivers who are looking for a good home that provides you with great earning potentials while paying off a truck while doing it. No down payment or credit check needed. 99% no touch freight with 85% drop and hook.
OVERVIEW:
- $0 Down Lease Purchase with $1 buyout
- No Credit Check
- 14-21 Days Out and 2-3 days home
- 99% no touch
- 85% drop and hook
- Freight is all 48 states with average load 800 miles but very little Northeast.
- Rider and pets allowed from day one.
- At the end of the least (which is based on number of miles driven) you pay $1 and the truck is yours.
- Trucks are Automatic Freightliner Cascadia’s and are 2019 and older. Will accept auto restrictions
PAY DETAILS:
- Average weekly gross pay: $5000-$6000
- $1.29-$1.32 currently on all miles loaded and empty
- .44 Fuel Surcharge = 1.73 - $1.76 Gross mileage
- Drivers NET take home per week $1800-$2500
- Average annual pay: $220,000-$300,000
DETAILS:
- Company pays for:
- 2290, Baseplates, all tolls and pre-pass
- Driver only responsible for:
- Bobtail insurance, IFTA, Physical damage insurance, and Qualcomm
- Weekly base payment of $308 plus $.23CPM – so the more miles you drive the sooner you pay off the truck.
- Preventative Maintenance fee of $.07CPM – this covers everything from oil change to any repairs – you are never out of pocket for repairs or preventative maintenance – so you don’t ever have worry about big repair bills
- Rider and pets allowed from day one.
- At the end of the lease (which is based on number of miles driven) you pay $1 and the truck is yours.
- Trucks are Freightliner Cascadia’s automatics and are 2021 and newer. Will accept auto restriction.
- $1000 fee for broken lease agreement

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 24 months regional or OTR experience in the last 3 years.
- Currently are not offering programs in CA, LA, NY, NJ, IL, and VA.
- No DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No rear end accidents of any kind in any type of vehicle in the last five years
- Relatively clean MVR
- No failed or refused drug tests ever-no SAP.
