Caregiver

Somerset, KY
Pay Rate: $14.50 hrly

Please Note: You must be 18 years of age or older and have held a valid driver's license (not an intermediate or permit) for at least 12 months. You must also have a reliable vehicle to use each day you are scheduled to work as you may need to transport our clients to a medical appointment or outing. Regardless of whether you choose to work full-time or part-time, you will need to be able to attend our paid orientation for two weeks from Monday through Friday at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We also have locations in Science Hill.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required if you are 20 years of age or younger
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
