Role & Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential employers and clients who need staffing solutions. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion.
• Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our agency's capabilities and the value we bring to our clients.
• Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals to bring new clients on board. Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless execution of staffing solutions.
• Targets and Metrics: Meet and exceed defined targets for client acquisition, revenue generation, and other relevant key performance indicators.
• Networking: Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to build a strong professional network and promote the company's services.
