We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and refinishing automotive vehicle bodies and straightening vehicle frames.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of vehicle construction and function.
- Ability to operate necessary repair tools and equipment, lifting parts 75 to 100 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills.
- Certification/Degree in auto body repair is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Repairing vehicle bodies following manufacturers' specifications.
- Straightening and aligning vehicle frames.
- Removing dents, welding, and applying fillers to vehicle surfaces.
- Preparing surfaces for paint application.
- Painting and finishing repaired vehicle surfaces.
- Inspecting and ensuring quality of work meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

**Pay Plan:* The pay range is anywhere between $18-$26 a flat rate hour dependent on experience.
