Overview of the opportunity:

• Generating and processing accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
• Reviewing and reconciling billing data, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Managing and tracking incoming payments, following up with clients for overdue invoices.
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to address any billing inquiries and provide clear, professional responses to resolve issues.
• Ensuring the accurate organization and updating of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment histories.
• Supporting incoming calls, directing to the appropriate department
• Assisting with financial reporting and providing data as needed for audits and internal reviews.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance billing processes for greater efficiency.
• Support collection of additional data for projects as assigned by upper management

Preferred qualifications for the opportunity:

• 1+ years of experience
• Keen attention to detailed accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
