We are looking to hire an Operation's Manager to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct site visits
• Respond to client's communications and respond professionally to all requests, complaints or concerns
• Meet with customers, and contractors
• Complete new hire paperwork and payroll
• Ability to multitask with little supervision
• Perform quality controls
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Spanish speaker a must
• Self-Starter with a strong work ethic
• Professional
• Customer Oriented
• Some Sales Experience
• Motivated
• Solid work history
• Background and drug test
• Clear driving record
