Position: Auto Glass Technician

Location: Conveniently situated near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, our facility is easily accessible for commuting and surrounded by local amenities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy your weekends off to recharge, spend time with family, or pursue personal interests.

Starting Pay and Benefits • Starting pay: $19/hour • 90-day probationary period • During probation, earn competitive pay with the guaranteed raise upon successful completion • After probation, qualify for dental and vision insurance • All tools assigned to technicians by ER Auto Glass—no need to purchase anything out of pocket • Opportunities for raises and advancement as you grow with the company

What You’ll Do As an Auto Glass Technician, you’ll receive hands-on training to master the skills needed for the job. Your responsibilities will include: • Repairing and replacing auto glass for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles • Assessing damage and determining the appropriate glass solution • Safely removing and installing windshields, windows, and other glass components • Ensuring all work meets industry safety and quality standards • Maintaining tools and equipment assigned to you by ER Auto Glass • Providing excellent customer service and communicating clearly with clients • Working independently and collaboratively with our experienced technicians
