As Assistant Stage Manager, you will be flexibly deployed: sometimes at the follow spot, sometimes in the midst of backstage turmoil, always with an eye for detail and the perfect moment. You will ensure that technical processes run smoothly, coordinate in the background, and contribute to the success of each performance with your precision and dedication. We are looking for someone to join our team on tour through DE & AT, starting in October 2025. The role is full-time, with a salary of up to 3,250 euros per month (depending on qualifications).
