Position Highlights:

Comfortable 1:7 weekend call schedule
Protected post-call day off
Bread & Butter cases : Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy Pediatric cases
No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases
Approx. 70% solo cases , 30% CRNA/Resident supervision
New grads welcome - mentorship available
J-1 Visa eligible

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated total compensation ranges from $525,000-$640,000 , based on experience
Base salary + bonuses
Starting/retention bonuses up to $100K
Annual bonus incentives of $15K
Relocation support up to $15K
Student loan repayment up to $200K
8-10 weeks PTO (vacation + CME)
Full benefits package : medical, dental, vision, disability, malpractice, and prescription
403(b)/457(b) retirement plans , HSA option
Reimbursement for licensure and DEA fees
