About the Role:

As an Applications Engineering Intern at Diodes Incorporated, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to support our customers in designing and implementing cutting-edge power semiconductor solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to our portfolio of power products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their design challenges and propose tailored solutions using Diodes’ products
• Develop and validate reference designs, evaluation boards, and application notes
• Support product characterization and performance testing in lab environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and quality to ensure customer success
• Document technical findings and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Qualifications:

• Degree programs considered for this internship: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong foundation in analog and power systems
• Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for innovation and customer engagement
