Job Description

Administrative Assistant
If you have at least two years of experience, then don’t miss this full-time, direct-hire Administrative Assistant opportunity! You’ll join the team at our client’s beautiful, modern office complete with an onsite gym and café.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Maintain files
  • Scan and save documents
  • Edit and merge files
  • Answer phones and make calls
  • Collect and send out daily mail
  • Provide administrative support to team members
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of prior administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
This Administrative Assistant position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch, for $21/hour. We look forward to connecting with you!
