Job Description

Administrative Assistant/Data Entry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides administrative support as assigned.
Prepares reports, paperwork, and inputs data as required. ****Accurately records/logs manufacturing data, which consists of operation time, sequence number, operator completing the task, etc.
Provides support with scheduling, printing, and distributing build paperwork as required.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in an office clerical or administrative assistance role.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be very organized and detail oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy. ****Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school graduate or equivalent. Associates degree (preferred, not required).
