A dynamic organizationis seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to lead its accounts payable operations within a centralized shared services environment. This is a high-impact, in-person role based in Irving, Texas , ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and is passionate about process optimization and team leadership.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, and reconciliations.

• Champion the implementation and optimization of OCR automation tools for invoice handling.

• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and enhance AP systems.

• Supervise and mentor a team of Accounting Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing AP functions within a shared services or multi-entity environment.

• Hands-on expertise with OCR automation tools and invoice processing technologies.

• Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
