Job Overview

Responsibilities  

• Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter into POS system
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Check on customers and take action to correct any problems
• Process payments and provide change as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensurte orders are prepared correctly and promptly
• Answer questions and make reccomendations

Skills  

• Previous experience as a wairess is preferred, but not required!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old
