Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Reports To: Restaurant Manager or Floor Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking professional and friendly Waiters/Waitresses to provide outstanding service to our guests. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their table.
• Provide guests with menus and answer any questions about menu items.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared and served to guests in a timely manner.
• Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns.
• Process payments and make change accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborate with other servers and restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective service.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a waiter/waitress preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
