Steel Welder / Fabricator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Steel Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding steel components for various construction projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components
Perform welding using various methods to meet project specifications
Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all fabrication processes
Maintain and operate welding and fabrication equipment
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Steel Welder and Fabricator
Strong skills in steel fabrication and welding
Knowledge of different welding techniques and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints
Experience in construction and metal fabrication environments
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices
