Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our snow removal team as Sidewalk Laborers. This role is crucial in maintaining clear and safe walkways for pedestrians during winter weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, pathways, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, and other tools/equipment.
• Applying ice melt or salt as necessary to prevent slippery conditions.
• Working efficiently and safely in various weather conditions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and thorough snow removal services.
• Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in cold weather conditions.
• Prior experience in snow removal or related outdoor labor preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Capacity to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
