Description The job of Program Specialist is done for the purpose/s of providing secretarial and technical support to assigned administrators and department staff; preparing and maintaining department/program records; creating, compiling and distributing materials and reports; and responding to a variety of inquiries. The Program Specialist for our business office's accounts payable team is primarily responsible for processing invoices, employee procurement card reconciliation, and payments to vendors. This is a union-represented position.

Full Salary Range: $27.07 - $37.32 Hourly (PSA Salary Band IV)

Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Job-related experience
- Computer system and application experience (Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to learn new software programs
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of school district business practices, RCWs
- Can demonstrate the ability to work well with a diverse group of people
- Can demonstrate the ability to work both independently and on a team
