Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Building, moving, and organizing items at the studio.
• Assisting photographers in moving products on/off the set.
• Assisting directors and managers in photo sample coordination.
• Organizing props for the studio.
• Building products (furniture, toys, seasonal decor, and more).
• Understand usage & inspect item samples, report feedback to Customer Support and Product Quality Teams.
• Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
• Create and maintain an on-going inventory report.
• Load/Unload product samples and studio equipment at location photoshoots.
• Coordinate company raffles or donation pickups/drop-offs for samples no longer needed.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required..
• Experience with Microsoft Programs is preferred.
• Must have 1+ years of related experience or warehouse/product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the studio..
• Ability to alternate between sitting and standing, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds at times.
• Ability to adapt quickly and adjust to business needs
