Excellent opportunity for a TX licensed, BC|BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice with $100,000 Sign-On Bonus in Alice, TX!

This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by analytics and community relationships.

Mon - Friday schedule
Average 10-12 patients per day
Time with patients - hour-long initial and typically 45 minute-long appointments
Collaborative, Care Team approach
Guaranteed base salary plus up to 20% bonus

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
Active and unrestricted DEA
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines helpful
Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
Will consider H1B candidates
