Just like the trucking business, Coopersburg Kenworth is thriving! During this time of growth, we are looking to add an experienced full-time Parts Sales Associate to our team. Do you have experience in the automotive or truck detailing industry? Are you a hard worker with a positive attitude? Do you enjoy a challenge in your day-to-day? If so, we should talk!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with phone and in-person parts inquiries and orders
• Working with our Service Department on shop parts needs
• Monitoring email requests
• Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally
• Re-stocking the showroom when necessary
• Arranging deliveries for phone orders with Shipping and Receiving

Requirements

• Customer service focused
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to clearly communicate via telephone
• Must be able to use web-based applications to find replacement parts
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to learn and retain information
• Availability for a workweek that may include Saturdays
• Ability to follow directions
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
