TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to an outside agency. TRA Behavioral Health Tech is responsible for facilitating the maintenance of the therapeutic environment in a psychiatric unit orunit with psych patients and assists patients with daily living activities. Establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. The BHT may take vital signs, weigh patients and collect routine specimens.
