Job Title : Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining a variety of data into our systems and databases. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.
• Perform routine data cleaning and validation tasks.
• Assist with data collection and reporting activities.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Follow data privacy policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Identify and report data inconsistencies or errors to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, administration, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data entry software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
